Overview

Park Holidays UK, the largest caravan operator in the south of England, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Central Sales Processor to join our growing Sales Processing Team. This role plays a crucial part in managing key administrative processes related to caravan sales, buybacks, and promotions. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying sales deals, managing buyback procedures, and providing detailed reports for the business. With full training provided and potential for career progression, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail.

Job Duties

  • Ensure all sales deals comply with the company’s Trading Policy.
  • Report any deal discrepancies or issues to the Processing Manager.
  • Utilise Power BI Reports to compile and distribute daily sales reports to the business, detailing new deals.
  • Process caravan sales from the initial quote stage to general ledger entries in the company’s accounts system.
  • Monitor and ensure that current promotions are correctly applied to sales deals.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as required by the business.
  • Maintain reports to ensure internal compliance rules are adhered to.
  • Communicate professionally with other Park Holidays team members internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold and exceed departmental standards of excellence.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate on shared goals.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and Bank Holidays if required.
  • Ability to handle a challenging workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working pattern is 5 days out of 7 and must include a Weekend Day.
