Overview
We are seeking an organised and reliable Accounts Assistant to support the park administration finance function.
Working closely with the Park Administration Supervisor, this role is responsible for processing financial transactions, assisting with owner account queries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records.
The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, confident working with systems, and able to support both routine and ad‑hoc park‑level finance tasks.
- Job Duties
- Process owner payments, Direct Debits, and related transactions.
- Raise invoices, credit notes, and ad‑hoc charges to owner accounts as required.
- Assist with allocating receipts and updating financial records.
- Help maintain accurate owner account details and address changes.
- Support the production and distribution of statements, pitch fee bills, and utility charges.
- Respond to owner and park team queries via phone, email, or at reception.
- Support the processing of loyalty card credits, replacements, and updates.
- Assist with park paperwork, filing, and document maintenance.
- Post entries from the daily bank statement to the appropriate ledgers.
- Maintain spreadsheets and logs related to owner billing, loyalty cards, and utility data.
- Liaise with the Park Administration team to ensure timely debt letters and late payment charges are processed.
- Provide administrative support to the Park Administration Supervisor and wider finance team.
- Assist with ad‑hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
