Due to the organic growth of the business, we are now increasing our consulting team, based in York, and are interested in speaking to experienced consultants at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant grade.
Responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a project team to help clients solve complex problems across a variety of financial sectors.
- Providing end-to-end consulting support, including data analysis, research, developing presentations, and client workshops.
- Engaging with stakeholders and building robust, collaborative relationships.
- Supporting project delivery to ensure projects are completed to high quality standards, on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant experience (Consulting / Business Analysis, or related fields).
- Finance consulting experience.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
- Experience in project management or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with business and technology consulting.
- Experience in leading small teams of Analysts / Graduates.
- Experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to an intermediate level.
- Client facing consultancy experience, ideally from a similar consulting firm.
- Interest in continuous professional development and acquiring new skills.
Project Delivery:
- Support project teams in delivering client projects to high quality standards, on time and within budget.
- Perform data analysis, research, develop presentations, and contribute to client workshops.
- Analyse business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and underlying data to support the definition of requirements.
- Conduct options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, as well as quantify potential business benefits.
- Help to ensure a proposed solution meets business and user needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the development of Woodhurst's Service Line capabilities, methodologies and contribute to establishing good practice.
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Travel: Be willing to travel to client sites as required to support project delivery.
