An industry leading consultancy based in London is seeking to appoint a talented Rights of Light Surveyor to join their growing team. The Opportunity:

You will work on a broad range of complex and often high value developments, advising clients across the full project lifecycle. Depending on your experience, you will either support or lead on the delivery of Rights of Light consultancy and analysis, while also having the opportunity to contribute to the wider Neighbourly Matters service line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of Rights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight matters
  • Carrying out detailed technical assessments and delivering clear, commercially focused reports
