An established and highly regarded consultancy in Central London is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a full range of Building Surveying services, including:
- Dilapidations (landlord and tenant)
- Technical due diligence / pre-acquisition surveys
- Schedules of condition
- Planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Reinstatement cost assessments
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- MRICS qualified.
- Ideally 1+ years' post qualification experience, gained in a consultancy or client side environment.
- Strong technical background across both professional and project work.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and client facing skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and confident in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working with high profile commercial clients is highly desirable.
