An established and highly regarded consultancy in Central London is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a full range of Building Surveying services, including:
  • Dilapidations (landlord and tenant)
  • Technical due diligence / pre-acquisition surveys
  • Schedules of condition
  • Planned preventative maintenance programmes
  • Reinstatement cost assessments
  • Managing contract administration and project work, typically on commercial refurbishments and fit-outs across central London.
  • Providing clear and timely advice to a prestigious portfolio of institutional investors, developers, and occupiers.
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture as the group continues to grow.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives where appropriate.
  • Qualifications & Experience Required:

    • MRICS qualified.
    • Ideally 1+ years' post qualification experience, gained in a consultancy or client side environment.
    • Strong technical background across both professional and project work.
    • Excellent report writing, communication, and client facing skills.
    • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and confident in managing projects from inception to completion.
    • Experience working with high profile commercial clients is highly desirable.
