I am currently working with an established construction consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Building Surveying team in South East London.
This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor with a background in Legal Disrepair, as the role will effectively act as No.2 to the Head of Legal Disrepair.
Having personally placed the individual who currently heads up this function, I am very well placed to provide you with detailed insight into the company, the role itself and, importantly, the person you would be working closely with and reporting into.
The position would suit someone who already has a strong understanding of Legal Disrepair and is looking to take the next step in their career, whilst working alongside an experienced specialist and continuing to develop their wider Building Surveying experience.
The Role
Your primary focus will be on Legal Disrepair, working closely with the Head of Legal Disrepair across a range of residential projects.
You will be involved in assessing and managing disrepair matters, providing technical advice and supporting clients through the relevant processes.
A strong understanding of Awaab's Law is essential, alongside demonstrable experience working within the Legal Disrepair sector.
