Are you an experienced Hotel Valuer looking to move to a market leader or a Commercial Valuation Surveyor keen to forge a career within one of the most interesting and diverse markets? For candidates with no experience in hotel valuation, full training will be provided.
A market-leading Hotel Valuation and Advisory team are looking to grow their team in London. The role will entail advising a range of clients including operators, lenders, and investors across the UK and internationally. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally and be involved in some of the largest market transactions. Furthermore, you will be joining a team that has been expanding both in terms of market share and headcount in recent years.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking valuation and advisory mandates for single assets and portfolios.
- Providing valuations for both lending and acquisition purposes.
- Working closely with the Capital Markets team.
- Liaising with clients and managing instructions from start to finish.
Requirements
- MRICS.
- Experience in trade-related valuation and advanced MS Excel skills would be highly beneficial.
