I've been instructed by a hugely impressive mid-sized Building Consultancy who are looking to add a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to their London team. You will be joining a team with very clear pathways for progression where you can be a valued part of the team, take a step forward in terms of autonomy and direct client exposure, whilst being supported by the talented and friendly leadership team.
You would be working on both project and professional work (65%-35% split) and working across a blend of Industrial and commercial projects. Project sizes run from smaller industrial fit-outs at £550k, right up through to £20m refurbs and most recently a £40m central London office refurb.
