The Role
At Senior or Associate level, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high quality monitoring services to a wide portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing development proposals, construction budgets and delivery strategies.
- Preparing independent, concise and reliable reports for banks, funds and investors.
- Monitoring construction progress, financial performance and programme adherence.
- Identifying risks, advising clients on mitigation strategies and safeguarding financial exposure.
- Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the monitoring service line.
- Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
