A well established, multidisciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence is looking for a Senior or Associate Level Building Surveyor to join their London team. This opportunity offers the scale, project diversity and capability of a national business, combined with the close knit culture and flexibility typically found in a small to medium sized consultancy.
The Role
The position focuses primarily on residential projects, with others in Commercial and Industrial, delivering an excellent balance of professional and project led work, including:
- Building Safety
- Building Pathology
- Contract Administration
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)
- Licences to Alter
- Dilapidations
- Project Management
- A broad range of general building surveying instructions.
There is genuine variety across the workload for those who enjoy a mixed role. Equally, for those who wish to specialise in a particular area, there is sufficient depth of work to support this.
About You
Ideally MRICS qualified - If not yet chartered, you will have strong consultancy experience and a clear desire to achieve MRICS in the near future. Full support provided through a well structured and committed APC network. Comfortable managing client relationships and working independently. Willing to mentor and coach junior members of the team, including Graduates who benefit from hands on guidance.
