A well established, multidisciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence are looking for a Senior or Associate Level Building Surveyor to join their London team. The Role
The position focuses primarily on residential projects, with others in Commercial and Industrial, delivering an excellent balance of professional and project led work, including:
- Building Safety
- Building Pathology
- Contract Administration
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)
- Licences to Alter
- Dilapidations
- Project Management
- A broad range of general building surveying instructions
