Residential Building Surveyors – London & South East

Excellent opportunity with a Property Solutions and surveying firm for a Residential Building Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private clients and/or lending institutions.
2. Conducting mortgage valuations.
3. Performing Red Book Valuations for residential property.
4. Executing RICS Level 2 Surveys.
5. Executing RICS Level 3 Surveys.
6. Conducting Disrepair Surveys.

Compensation:
£60,000 + £5k car allowance and very generous bonus scheme.
