Woodhouse Property Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious multi-disciplinary partnership that is searching for a Commercial Property Manager to join its Birmingham team. This partnership is well-recognised for creating an excellent culture with plentiful progression opportunities.
Working on behalf of a range of clients, including property companies (Prop Co\’s) and funds, the role entails taking full ownership of trophy assets across a diverse commercial portfolio, involving a variety of property and asset management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement value-add initiatives
- Service charge forecasting and management
- Lease events & Arrears Recovery
- Property inspections
- Provide clients with investment advice
- Instruct and oversee other departments & 3rd party advisors.
