Are you an experienced MRICS Project Manager looking for the opportunity to join a leading independent consultancy, working with a prestigious client base and delivering high profile projects across London? Our client is a highly respected independent property consultancy with an excellent reputation across the built environment. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Senior or Associate level Project Manager to join their London team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who wants to take ownership of their own workload, work with some of the industry's leading clients and have a clear pathway for career progression.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects for a high end commercial and blue chip client base, acting as the lead contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. The workload will cover a variety of sectors, including:

  • Commercial offices
  • Industrial
  • Retail
  • Residential

Projects will include a mixture of:

  • New build developments
  • Refurbishments
  • Alterations
  • Fit out schemes

With project values reaching up to £65 million, this role offers excellent variety and exposure to some of the most interesting projects across the London market.

About You

We are looking for a confident and technically strong Project Manager who is comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of client relationships. Ideally, you will have:

  • MRICS qualification (MAPM also considered)
  • A Building Surveying background is highly desirable
  • Experience managing projects across commercial property sectors
  • The ability to independently manage your own workload and deliver projects successfully
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent client facing skills
  • Confidence acting as the lead point of contact for clients
  • A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of fee performance and the importance of developing repeat and new business opportunities
  • Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members, including assisting with APC progression
