An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor to join a market leading Portfolio Valuation team based in the West End. The team undertake regular valuations on behalf of property companies, funds and large institutions. The types of properties valued include both traditional commercial and alternative assets located nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that works on some of the largest and most high-profile property portfolios throughout the UK. The role offers a high level of autonomy and direct client contact, providing great exposure for those with an interest in asset and fund management. In addition to the interesting range of work you will undertake, the team is led by experienced Directors who have created a fantastic working environment.
