An established and highly respected consultancy in London is seeking to appoint an additional Party Wall Surveyor to join their team. This firm is widely recognised for its expertise in party wall and neighbourly matters, and offers the chance to work alongside industry leading professionals on a wide range of high profile projects across London.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing party wall matters from initial instruction through to resolution and final awards Advising developers, property owners and neighbours on the implications of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 Preparing schedules of condition, notices and awards Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors and adjoining owners\' surveyors Contributing to business development and, where relevant, supporting the growth of junior team members

A specialist party wall surveyor Practical experience with party wall matters under the Act Excellent communication and client facing skills Proactive, commercially aware and able to work autonomously or as part of a team Keen to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time
