I've been instructed by a hugely impressive mid-sized Building Consultancy who are looking to add a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to their London team.
You will be joining a team with very clear pathways for progression where you can be a valued part of the team, take a step forward in terms of autonomy and direct client exposure, whilst being supported by the talented and friendly leadership team.
You would be working on both project and professional work ( 65%-35% split) and working across a blend of Industrial and commercial projects.
Project sizes run from smaller industrial fit-outs at £550k, right up through to £20m refurbs and most recently a £40m central London office refurb.
