A leading London neighbourly matters consultancy is looking to grow its Party Wall team due to sustained project demand and planned expansion. This is a role offering genuine responsibility, exposure to complex projects and clear progression for those who want it.

The Role

You will work across a technically interesting portfolio of both residential and commercial instructions, taking matters from the very outset. Your involvement will span the full lifecycle from initial instruction and schedules of condition through to agreement and award. The team operates across both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner appointments. Senior members of the firm are regularly appointed as third / named surveyors, and if progressing towards this type of work is an ambition of yours, you will be supported and encouraged to do so. You will also have junior staff working alongside you, giving you the opportunity to take responsibility for mentoring, training, and developing others as part of your day-to-day work.
