I'm currently working with a very well established and well known surveying and property solutions firm who are looking to add a Director level, Head of Surveying. You would be leading a strong team of building surveyors across the South of England, managing a team delivering a full spread of projects and surveying services to commercial and residential property clients.

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience as Principal Designer
  • Emergency Call Systems – ECS
  • Automated Opening Vent projects – AOVs
  • LD1, Fire Alarms
  • Fee quoting on more ad hoc invitations to tender/consultancy/defects reports.

Remote working (1 day a week in London as and when required.) £96,500 + 15% Bonus.
