One of the UK's top Building Consultancies are recruiting for their growing Birmingham Building Consultancy team and are looking for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor. Commercially focussed covering a whole range of professional services with projects such as the British Museum, London; Fabrick Square, Birmingham; and Snow Hill Wharf, Birmingham with project values exceeding £15m.
With a team of 25 Building Surveyors strong in Birmingham and a management team of 3, you will be joining a collaborative team who strive for honesty, expertise and professionalism. The ideal candidate would have experience within a consultancy background and will have a background within building pathology. You must have a good ability to work collaboratively with your team and be able to manage your own diary. You will also have a requirement to assist with the training and development of junior members of the team.
