A marketing leading, mid‑sized national consultancy are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their Industrial & Logistics team. The role within this highly regarded team will focus on providing investment and development advice to a range of clients. The team work with a range of clients including REITS, Property Companies, HNWI’s, Developers, Institutional Funds and occupier/tenants. The team provides a full range of agency, development, investment and lease advisory advice to clients, with a focus in London and the South East of England.
ROLE
- Assist and manage the sales process to include reporting, brochure design, pre‑sale due diligence, attended inspections with prospective investors and negotiations.
- Assisting the team on investment and development matters.
- Put together and keep up to date comparable evidence schedule.
- Attend and assist with preparation of meetings.
- Research to assist winning new business and opportunities.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- RICS Qualified.
- Competent user of Excel and Argus Investment and Developer.
- Well‑rounded property knowledge including development, lease advisory and valuation.
