Currently working with an excellent, growing firm of Chartered Surveyors and construction consultants who are looking to add a Director level Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their well-established, busy team. My client is seeking an experienced Monitoring Surveyor, currently at Associate Director or Director level, who is looking for a new challenge in leading a talented team of 5 development monitors already working with clients such as Investec, UMTB, Lloyds, HSBC, RBS, Hampshire Trust Bank, Aberdeen, Puma Finance, and others.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy, expanding team that contributes to 20% of the company's income and has been providing monitoring services to major clients for over 20 years. Salary up to £120,000. The client is also known for their very generous bonus scheme.
