A market leading Property Consultancy are currently looking to expand their Residential Development & Investment Valuation team in London. They are open to candidates at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level. The team work on some of the largest and most exciting projects within the living sector and carry out work for a broad range of clients including lenders, funds, institutional investors and developers. Valuations are undertaken for a range of purposes including lending, accounting, acquisitions and viability. Alongside valuation you will also be involved in providing wider consultancy advice to clients in conjunction with the Capital Markets team.

Requirements

  • MRICS and Registered Valuer
  • Experience of using Argus Developer and Excel
  • Understanding of residual valuation
  • Experience of living sectors beneficial
