Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently working with a National Property Consultancy who are looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor from newly qualified up to Associate level to join their Leeds office. You will be joining a highly regarded team who are part of a company known in the market for their excellent working culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing valuation advice on a variety of commercial assets
  • Working with major banks, corporate owners and property companies
  • Co-ordination of multiple-asset valuation instructions, often UK-wide
  • Working in collaboration with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Agency teams
  • Client management

Key skills and experience:

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
