Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality valuation advice across a diverse range of commercial assets
- Work closely with major banks, corporate owners, property companies and institutional clients
- Collaborate with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Agency teams on cross-discipline projects
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development where appropriate
Skills & Experience
- MRICS qualification (essential)
- RICS Registered Valuer (preferred)
- Strong report-writing ability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
