I'm currently working with an independent Development & Project Management company who are looking to bolster their strong team with a Commercial Manager or experienced QS looking for the next step. My client has an impressive pipeline of work stretching over the next few years, working on some of the most exciting luxury hotels, and Super Prime London Landmark projects, both Resi and commercial.
The successful candidate will be working with a small but hugely talented and focused team, overseeing the QS team and reporting directly to the Senior Partner.
Ideally you will be:
- MRICS with a minimum of 3yrs PQE
- Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
