Surveyor / Senior Surveyor – International Valuation
Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently working with a Leading Property Consultancy who are looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor from newly qualified up to Senior Surveyor to join their London Office. You will be joining a highly regarded that focuses on undertaking valuations on a pan-European basis. Being part of this market-leading team, you will work on some of the most exciting and high-profile instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Providing valuation advice on a variety of commercial assets
- Working with major banks, corporate owners and property companies
- Co-ordination of multiple-asset valuation instructions on a pan European basis
- Working in collaboration with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Agency teams
- Client management
Key skills and experience
- MRICS qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
