The Role
Joining an established London Cost Consultancy team, you will deliver a broad range of pre and post contract services across both commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Contract Administration, with experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract preferred
- Cost planning and cost management
- Procurement and tender management
- Preparation of Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Direct client liaison and project delivery responsibilities
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You
- MRICS qualified is essential, ideally with no more than 12 months' PQE
- Previous experience within a cost consultancy environment
- Exposure to both commercial and residential projects
- Demonstrable experience across both pre and post‑contract services
- Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes
- Comfortable managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- A collaborative approach with an interest in supporting and developing junior colleagues
