A leading independent property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its expanding London Building Surveying team. The business is open to candidates across a range of experience levels, from Newly Qualified Surveyors through to Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of refurbishment projects, primarily across the industrial and logistics sector, while also gaining exposure to a wider range of commercial assets including offices and retail. You will be joining a highly respected consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering first-class technical advice to a broad client base. The role provides genuine autonomy, regular client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial instruction through to completion.
