We're working with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in the growth of its successful Clerk of Works team. The Role
Working predominantly across residential new build developments, alongside a variety of refurbishment projects, you will play a key role in ensuring construction works are delivered to the required quality, specification and contractual standards. You'll be trusted to manage your own diary, organise your site inspections and plan your workload in the way that suits you best. There is no culture of micromanagement; provided projects are being monitored effectively and clients receive an excellent service, you'll have complete autonomy over how you work. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home when not on site. You'll travel directly to projects between Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Downham Market.
