Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor (Non-Chartered) South East London | Hybrid Working A growing multidisciplinary consultancy with genuine ambition to expand across the business this year is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join their South East London based team. This opportunity suits a non chartered surveyor operating at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level who is looking for an environment where progression is based on ability and performance rather than time served. The Role You will work across a varied project portfolio, primarily within the Residential sector for both public and private sector clients. Projects will provide exposure to both new build and refurbishment schemes. Alongside residential work, you will also contribute to current ongoing projects across Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors. Core responsibilities will include: Contract Administration Writing Specifications Stock Condition Surveys Defect Diagnosis General Building Surveying duties Whats on Offer Salary up to £65k DOE plus package Hybrid working: 23 days in the office, 23 days from home to meet the needs of the business
