We are working with one of the UK's leading property consultancies to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor into their established Bristol Asset Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team managing a diverse regional portfolio of commercial assets.
The role offers genuine variety, with responsibility across both property and asset management.
You'll work closely with major institutional clients, taking ownership of assets and building strong client relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include lease events, client reporting, service charge management, property inspections, asset management initiatives and supporting leasing and development projects.
This role would suit someone with experience in commercial property or asset management who is looking to broaden their exposure and take on greater responsibility.
The Role
- Delivering proactive asset and property management across a commercial portfolio
- Support asset management strategies to maximise income and value.
- Build and develop long-term client relationships.
- Lead on lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears.
- Prepare client reports, budgets and service charge information.
- Undertake property inspections and work alongside facilities management and building consultancy teams.
- Collaborate with agency, legal and other internal teams on leasing, disposals and refurbishment projects.
About You
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification.
- Commercial property management or asset management experience.
- Strong landlord and tenant knowledge.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
