An exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking consultancy as they look to further expand their coverage. Having already been established for a few years, the company has gone from strength to strength and already established excellent relationships with a range of lenders. Furthermore, you will be working alongside a highly experienced team with excellent back-office support. The role will be remote with access to a regional office that can be used if required.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing valuation advice for mainly commercial assets with some residential across your region
- Working with a range of lenders
- Assisting in business development
- Operating as the regional lead for the company
Key skills and experience:
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of three years post-qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
