I'm currently working with one of London's best Neighbourly Matters consultancies, who are looking to add to their Party Wall team due to a significant increase in workload.
More projects won, more instructions coming through and a growing pipeline of work means they are looking to bring in a Party Wall Surveyor at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate level.
And importantly, they are genuinely open on level.
Surveyor – up to £55k
Senior Surveyor – up to £70k
Associate Surveyor – up to £85k
On top of this, there is a strong bonus and wider package.
The role
You'll be working predominantly across central London, covering a mixture of commercial and residential Party Wall projects. The project pipeline is varied, interesting and constantly changing – no two projects are the same.
Depending on your level and experience, you'll have the opportunity to take control of the full Party Wall process, with genuine autonomy to manage your projects and clients in the way you feel is appropriate.
You won't be left to figure everything out alone, though.
Where there are areas of the process you have less experience in, there is an experienced team around you to provide support and guidance, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Who are they looking for?
You must have consultancy experience as a Party Wall Surveyor. Ideally within a Consultancy environment.
They are also very open to Building Surveyors who have developed solid Party Wall experience and are now looking to specialise and build their career within Neighbourly Matters.
Membership of RICS, the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors or Pyramus & Thisbe would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
If you aren't currently a member, full support will be provided to help you achieve the relevant professional accreditation.
