This opportunity offers the chance to work with a variety of trading retail properties, including roadside, prime retail parks, and garden centres, with valuations being conducted for a mix of secured lending and portfolio purposes, providing a diverse and dynamic workload.
As part of this role, you'll collaborate with a national team of Retail Valuers & Agents, drawing upon their expertise to deliver accurate valuations. You'll have access to training specifically tailored for trading valuation, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in your role.
In addition to the flexibility of hybrid working, our client boasts high staff retention rates and offers a personalised progression plan and a transparent commission scheme to ensure your hard work is always recognised and rewarded.
