I'm currently working with a privately owned investment and property management company who are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their Birmingham based team to work across the whole range of Building Surveying services (projects, dilapidations, building surveys, PPM...). Alongside the Asset Management and Property Management teams you will be delivering on a range of works including strip outs, white boxing, alterations, defect diagnosis and repair, and oversight of tenant’s proposals.
