I'm currently working with a large residential property management group who are looking to add an Associate Director MRICS Building Surveyor to their in-house Building Surveying team. This team is a stand-alone company and will take on external client work too, but the majority comes from the companies in the group.
You will be undertaking:
- PPM Reports
- Project Management
- Contract Admin
- Dilpas
- RCAs
- Condition surveys
You will be joining a modern, forward-thinking firm that actively looks to embrace technology wherever it can. If you have a minimum of 2 years MRICS PQE and want to work for a modern, international business offering:
