Associate MRICS Building Surveyor - \'client-side\'- Home-based, London- £85,000 - derby, midlands, uk

I\’m currently working with a large residential property management group who are looking to add an Associate Director MRICS Building Surveyor to their in-house Building Surveying team.

This team is a stand alone company and will take on external client work too, but the majority comes from the companies in the group.

You will be undertaking, PPM Reports, Project Management, Contract Admin, dilpas, RCA\’s and condition surveys.

You will be joining a modern, forward thinking firm that actively looks to embrace technology wherever it can.

If you have a minimum of 2 years MRICS PQE and want to work for a modern, international business offering :
