I’m currently working with one of the leading National Property and Building Consultancies, who are looking to add an Associate Director MRICS Building Surveyor to their bustling West End team.

Coming on board with a project work bias, you will deliver on some of the smartest Commercial projects with blue chip clients across London.

You will be involved in delivering projects across assets with clients such as The Crown Estates, Columbia Threadneedle, L&G, and Argent, to name but a few!

A strong grasp of PM, Contract Admin, Licence to alter, and delivering Net Zero projects would be beneficial.

Excellent Salary and a generous Bonus scheme available.
