I'm currently working with an outstanding property company who are looking to add an APC OR Newly Chartered Building Surveyor to their London team. My client is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy who started out as agents, but have grown over the years to work across various property service lines and Building Consultancy. They offer expert property advice for occupiers and owners of retail, leisure and commercial property throughout the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for an APC OR Newly Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing team where they will be given direct exposure to clients, opportunity to lead projects (with support where needed) and be encouraged and rewarded for developing work and nurturing client relationships. A Building Surveyor in this role will develop, grow and mature professionally far faster than being stuck within the limited confines of a larger firm’s structure.
