I'm currently working with a large residential property management group who are looking to add a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to their in-house Building Surveying team. This team is a stand-alone company and will take on external client work too, but the majority comes from the companies in the group.
You will be undertaking:
- PPM Reports
- Project Management
- Contract Admin
- Dilaps
- RCAs
- Condition surveys
