A well established, multidisciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence are looking for a Senior or Associate Level Building Surveyor to join their London team.

This opportunity offers the scale, project diversity and capability of a national business, combined with the close knit culture and flexibility typically found in a small to medium sized consultancy.

The position focuses primarily on residential projects, with others in Commercial and Industrial, delivering an excellent balance of professional and project led work, including:

  • Building Safety
  • Building Pathology
  • Contract Administration
  • Project Management
  • A broad range of general building surveying instructions

Full support provided through a well structured and committed APC network. Willing to mentor and coach junior members of the team, including Graduates who benefit from hands on guidance.

Progression & Opportunity

You are not expected to immediately generate new work. Play a meaningful role in the long term direction of the consultancy.
