A leading London consultancy is seeking an experienced Rights of Light specialist to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to take on a role with genuine depth and variety, working across a strong and continuous pipeline of London based commercial and residential developments.
You’ll bring established experience in Rights of Light and a solid understanding of its unique planning and urban constraints. In this position, you wont be confined to one discipline. Instead, youll work across Daylight & Sunlight, Rights of Light and negotiation based instructions, ensuring a broad technical scope and strong exposure to complex, high profile schemes.
With a growing team and excellent project demand, the pathway for career development is clear and well defined. Whether you join as a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, youll see tangible routes toward Associate level and beyond, supported by a leadership structure that values progression and professional growth.
