An established and highly respected consultancy in London is seeking to appoint an additional Party Wall Surveyor to join their team. This firm is widely recognised for its expertise in complex party wall and neighbourly matters projects, and offers the chance to work alongside industry leading professionals on a wide range of high profile projects across the capital.
They are open to candidates from Surveyor to Director level, and will consider a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing party wall matters from initial instruction through to resolution and final awards
- Advising developers, property owners and neighbours on the implications of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
- Preparing schedules of condition, notices and awards
- Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors and adjoining owners\’ surveyors
- Contributing to business development and, where relevant, supporting the growth of junior team members
