The Role: You will be involved in a variety of projects, including both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner work. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing schedules, notices and awards, taking projects from inception to completion.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Delivering excellent client service to a leading client base on high profile projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Party Wall Surveyor or Assistant Surveyor.
- Ideally a member of P&T or the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
- Proven experience acting as both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner Surveyor.
- Strong desire to specialise and grow within Party Wall surveying.
- Confident managing multiple projects and providing thorough, practical advice.
