An established and highly respected specialist consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Party Wall Surveyor to join its thriving London office. Based in the heart of the West End, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career within one of the industry's leading Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters consultancies. From day one, you will work alongside an Associate who is recognised as one of the sector's leading experts, benefiting from direct mentorship and hands on experience across residential, commercial and public sector instructions. The Role This position is ideally suited to a graduate or someone at the early stages of their Party Wall career who is looking to learn from experienced professionals and build strong technical foundations. Initially, your responsibilities will include: Preparing Schedules of Condition Drafting and serving Party Wall Notices Assisting with the preparation of Party Wall Awards Supporting senior surveyors across a range of live projects Attending site inspections and client meetings As your knowledge and experience grow, you will gradually take ownership of your own instructions, managing projects from inception through to completion with continued support from an experienced team. The workload is varied and technically interesting, covering a broad mix of residential, commercial and public sector developments. No two days are the same, providing excellent exposure and an accelerated learning curve. About You You will ideally have: A genuine interest in Party Wall Surveying and Neighbourly Matters A degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, Real Estate or a related property discipline Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within this specialist area Applicants from a legal background with a demonstrable interest in Party Wall legislation will also be considered. This opportunity would also suit someone who has already gained some exposure to Party Wall surveying but feels they are not receiving the level of mentoring, technical development or project exposure needed to progress their career.
