The Role

You will join an established London cost consultancy team delivering a wide range of pre and post contract services across commercial and residential projects. Your work will include:

  • Contract Administration (JCT & NEC experience preferred)
  • Cost planning and cost management
  • Procurement and tendering
  • Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Direct client liaison and project delivery
  • Supporting and mentoring more junior colleagues where appropriate

This is a hands on, client facing role offering significant responsibility and autonomy.

About You

  • MRICS is essential, ideally no more than 18 months PQE
  • Strong cost consultancy background ideally
  • Experience across commercial and residential projects
  • Proven track record in both pre and post contract work
  • Experience in procurement and tender processes
  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients and managing relationships
  • Collaborative approach with an interest in supporting junior team members
