A well established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee a range of residential and fire safety projects across London. This role suits a professional who values autonomy, trust and accountability. You will manage your own portfolio of projects and sites with the expectation of delivering high standards and maintaining strong client relationships, without unnecessary oversight.

The Role

  • You will oversee a varied mix of projects including:
    • New build social and affordable housing schemes
    • Fire safety projects (for those with relevant experience)
  • Projects are located across London, generally within the M25.
  • You will manage your own diary and site visits, typically no more than one site visit per day, allowing flexibility to plan your workload effectively.
  • This is a fully remote position. Office attendance is only required for:
    • Interview
    • First day induction
    • Key team meetings when necessary

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works
