This role offers exposure to a genuinely diverse and high quality commercially focused portfolio, working with household name clients across London and the wider UK market. Projects span a broad range of sectors including:
- Offices and commercial workplaces
- Industrial and logistics assets
- High end residential schemes
- Premium retail developments
- Hotels and hospitality assets
- Healthcare and hospital environments
- Data centres and specialist technical buildings
- Leisure and mixed use schemes
Work will be across both new build and refurbishment projects, providing a balanced and varied workload with strong long term development potential.
Role Responsibilities
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad and engaging mix of professional and project led work, including:
- Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
- Technical Due Diligence
- Contract Administration
- Project Management
- Party Wall matters
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Wider general building surveying duties

Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualification essential
- Ideally no more than 18 months post qualified experience
- Strong grounding in commercial Building Surveying work or a desire to do this
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a growing team
- Comfortable working across multiple project types and client sectors
