A leading specialist consultancy in the Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters sector are looking for a Graduate or Assistant Party Wall Surveyor to join its established London team. Based in the West End with excellent commuter links, this opportunity offers outstanding exposure, structured development and long term career progression within one of London's best practices.
You will work directly under the guidance of an Associate who is an industry expert with an excellent reputation across the sector. The business is widely regarded as a market leader, known for its technical strength, professional standards and quality of service across residential, commercial and public sector projects.
The Role
This is an ideal position for someone looking to build their career from the ground up within Party Wall surveying. Initially, you will support on:
- Preparing schedules of condition
- Drafting and serving Party Wall notices
- Assisting with the preparation of awards
- Supporting senior surveyors on live instructions
As your experience develops, you will take on increasing responsibility, with the opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion. The workload is varied and engaging, offering exposure across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and public sector schemes.

About You
- A strong interest in Party Wall surveying and neighbourly matters
- A degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, Real Estate or a related discipline is preferred

- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and desire to build a long term career in this specialist field
This role would also suit someone who has gained some initial Party Wall experience within another consultancy but feels they are not currently receiving the support, mentorship or breadth of exposure needed to progress.
